We are fully accredited and registered with the NDIS and provide support to a variety of clients, including children and young people, who have behavioural concerns and complex requirements.
 
Our staff is carefully selected and all must undergo the following criteria prior to and during placement while working with our clients and their specialised needs:
 
• Further police checks (additional to mandatory security licensing checks)
• Working with children checks
• P.A.R.T Training (Predict, Assess, Respond to aggressive and challenging behaviour Training which is done in-house)
• Site inductions 
• Client suitability assessments
• Ongoing training days
• Ongoing team meetings

 

Evolution will always conduct a Security Risk Assessment of all sites before we begin to ensure the utmost safety of clients and staff. We'll identify risks or concerns and make recommendations before deploying staff.
 
When dealing with complex environments, we are extremely successful in significantly reducing our clients' workers' compensation claims, workers' liabilities and the severity and frequency of incidents, as well as improving staff morale and cooperation.
 
All of this helps to create a calm environment which ensures the safest outcomes for all involved.
